When you make a payment using our credit card option, you will be taken to a credit card information page. This page is hosted by PayPoint.net, which is owned and managed by LloydsTSB bank in the UK.

As you complete your credit card details on their web pages, you can be sure that your information is safe. We do not keep credit card details on our own system. PayPoint.net notifies us once your payment has been processed successfully and we are then able to process your order.

 

Paypoint uses the MasterCard SecureCode system and the Verified by Visa system.  If you have not registered your credit or debit card with these services before, you may be asked to provide additional information, so that these services can check that you are who you say you are.

 

This system is in place to protect your credit and debit cards from being used by someone else trying to buy goods from us. I'm sure you'll agree that this extra level of security is a small price to pay to know that your details are safe.
