Returns Procedure
In order to be eligible for a refund, the following must be adhered to.

When your item arrives, do not open the packaging.

If your item has already arrived and you have opened it, please re-wrap your items in their original packaging and neatly re-seal your box with clear tape. We require this as there is no damage to the item and we want to re-sell it.
Assuming you have followed the guidelines above, we require you to download the below returns form, fill it in and send it to us via email. Once this has been completed you will receive confirmation of how to proceed.
